I used to check the straightness of a cue in this manner. I was surprisingly good at it. Now, due to either lack of practice or my aging eyes, I can't seem to "see" it anymore. Fortunately, I rarely am without my own cue. Or I just roll it on the table like a noob.
I keep waiting for the word "FAIL" to appear in the picture.

ReplyDeleteI hear the correct way to check for sue straightness is by rolling it on the table. :)
ReplyDeleteAm I missing something? Personally, I just make sure the tip is good, but it definitely helps a bit if the cue is straight.
